If an item or garment is out of stock and isn't showing a 'Notify Me' email field, it will not become available again in exactly the same execution.

We have a size guide. A pop-up appears when clicking on 'What's my size?' which you can find under the available sizes of our garments in our webshop.

At Rytm we use the same level of technology encryption used by famous retailers and banks. Ensure that we’ll never provide private data to 3rd parties.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Check also your email spam folder.
You can check your 'My Orders' with your login. Create a new account if you haven't one yet.

Once your order has been placed, we can't change your order. Of course, you’ll be able to return your purchase. See question 'returns'.

After your design is approved and the payment is done it will take about 3-5 weeks to make your Rytm Club outfit.
You'll get a mail the day your order is arrived in our main office in Antwerp. We will ship the same day to the delivery adress you gave to us.

What if the colours are not exactly what I had in mind.
We offer more than 300 colours in our configurator. This are official Pantone Colours.
Our configurator gives an indication of the colours you have chosen.
There are many elements that can influence colours: bad eyes, bad screens, other perception and subjective judgement of colours.
So the jerseys you receive might slightly be different than those you had initially in mind and saw on your screen. Of course if you had ordered green jerseys and you get red ones than we will refund your order.

How do I return an Item?
We offer returns for all full-priced garments through our web portal. If you’d like to return a garment for a store credit or full refund, view our Returns Page for further instructions. Please be aware that while sale items can still be returned, we can only offer a store credit, not a refund. If you require an exchange, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new online order.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your returned item, your request will be processed within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free return shipping for international orders and sales items.

Can I buy Rytm products in store?
You can buy all Rytm items at rytm.cc, in all 38 Decathlon stores in Belgium or you can place your order on Decathlon.be
Orders can only be placed via our online shop or via the shops where Rytm is for sale.

What is the Rytm Ensemble discount?
Rytm Ensemble is a promotion to get in a complete outfit at interesting prices. When you go to the shopping cart and order a bib, jersey ( summer or winter) and a cap, you will enjoy 15% discount on the total. This price offer will be automatically calculated in the total price. This advantage can only be applied on garments which are not in promotion.
