Send us a mail, If you are not happy — what we hardly can imagine — with your purchase, and we give you the shipping information you'll need. You have 20 days ( counting from the day of your purchase ) to return your garment. Please, keep the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Rytm.
All garments must be in send back exactly the way you received them. In the original packaging, with their tags and unworn. If not, the item can not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
If 'your' garment has been damaged during a ride, you can count on our Crash Replacement Policy.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order.

Contact Rytm for return shipping options and specify "Refund" along with your order number in the subject header. We offer shipping labels on all returns (10€ Europe, €15 International) where you will be sent a payment link in this regard. Please fill out the return slip to be included with your returned goods (download here).
Warranty and Claims
For warranty claims purchased at rytm.cc, please contact our customer service.
We require that you bring any faulty item purchased with one of our retailers, back to the respective retailer, as they will then evaluate the claim and assist with the replacement.
