We ship for free ( Post pick-up point or GLS) if your order is above €150. If your order is lower than €150 you will be charged 10€. You have to count 1 or 2 working days to receive your package wth the Rytm Collection items.

We offer free shipping to a UPS Access Point, on all orders above €150. Orders below €150 delivered within Europe (3-5 working days) will be charged €20.

Pas Normal Studios offers free shipping on orders above €250 / $260 USD (ex VAT). Orders below €250 / $260 USD delivered international (3-5 working days) will be charged €25 / $30 USD.

Pas Normal Studios offers free shipping on orders above £150. Orders below £150 delivered within the UK will be charged £21. Please be aware, DHL is our only shipping option for UK orders at this time.

Please note that all orders are shipped from the EU (Denmark) and that there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to the UK. PAS NORMAL STUDIOS does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for UK orders.

Duties and/or customs paid through your customs agency are considered non-refundable by Pas Normal Studios. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund if applicable.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Please be aware, if the customer chooses to refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to Pas Normal Studios. In this case, Pas Normal Studios reserves the right to charge the customer a $30 administration fee.
