Frequently Asked Questions

If an item or garment is out stock please send an email to sales@rytm.cc so we can give you an update when it will be back in stock.

We have a size guide. A pop-up appears when clicking on 'What's my size?' which you can find under the available sizes of our garments in our webshop.

At Rytm we use the same level of technology encryption used by famous retailers and banks. Ensure that we’ll never provide private data to 3rd parties.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Check also your email spam folder.

Once your order has been placed, we can't change your order. Of course, you’ll be able to return your purchase. See question 'returns'.

As a Belgian based company all orders placed via Rytm.cc are shipped from our Antwerp Head Office. Depending your country, transactional fees or import duties and taxes may occur.

How long will delivery take?
In Belgium it wil take about 2-4 business days.
International: 4-6 business days.
All orders are dispatched from our head office in Antwerp, Belgium.

What's the price of shipping?
All orders for Belgium over €150 and International orders over $150 we deliver for free. All orders below those prices are charged a minimum.

Can I track my delivery?
You'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your order.

Items from our webshop (jerseys, caps, wind gilets, socks...) that are made especially for you or your club, with your design and choice of colours, logo, text, illustration or photographs.

How long will delivery take?
After your design is approved and the payment is done it will take about 6-7 weeks to make your Rytm Club outfit.
You'll get a mail the day your order is arrived in our main office in Antwerp. We will ship the same day to the delivery address you gave to us.
In Belgium it wil take about 2-4 business days.
International: 4-6 business days.

What if the colours are not exactly what I had in mind.
We offer more than 300 colours with our configurator. This are official Pantone Colours.
Our configurator gives an indication of the colours you have chosen.
There are many elements that can influence colours: bad eyes, tired eyes from racing, bad or old screens, other perception and subjective judgement of colours.
So the jerseys you receive might slightly be different than those you had initially in mind and saw on your screen. Of course if you had ordered green jerseys and you get red ones than we will refund your order.

How do I return an Item?
We offer returns for all full-priced garments through our web portal. If you’d like to return a garment for a store credit or full refund, view our Returns Page for further instructions. Please be aware that while sale items can still be returned, we can only offer a store credit, not a refund. If you require an exchange, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new online order.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your returned item, your request will be processed within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free return shipping for international orders and sales items.

Can I buy Rytm products in store?
You can buy all Rytm items at rytm.cc, in all 38 Decathlon stores in Belgium or you can place your order on Decathlon.be
Orders can only be placed via our online shop or via the shops where Rytm is for sale.
